Meditation is a beautiful process of rediscovering and using our innate qualities of peace, love and happiness. Like any skill, meditation requires knowledge and practice. In these sessions, learn how to restore a healthy balance between your inner and outer worlds. In order to gain the maximum results, continuity for all 4 sessions is very important.
