Rajayoga Meditation – Foundation Course (English)

A unique meditation which develops the true relationship with the self and our inner spiritual virtues and powers. As we become masters of the self, we become a compass that can navigate the ocean of life.
4 Sessions: November 11, 12, 13, 14 (in-person Only)
Like any skill, meditation requires knowledge and practice. In order to gain the maximum results, continuity for all sessions is very important.
