Children’s & Teens’ Class – How To Stop A Bully Using Self Confidence

Self-confidence is about your take on yourself rather than other’s take on you. Understanding this gives us a realistic and confident sense of what is needed to combat the bullying.

Three separate classes will be offered based on age – 5 to 8 years / 9 to 12 years / 13 years above.
